For outdoor booths, tents are provided in the booth fee price.

Standard overhead lighting is provided (indoor and outdoor) and any additional lighting must be provided by the vendor directly.

HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTAL ITEMS?

• Please leave rental items in your designated space, they will be collected from there.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED RENTALS?

• Yes, a fee will be assessed for any lost or damaged rental items.

WILL I BE ABLE TO RENT ITEMS THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

• Yes, but it is limited to availability and the cost is double what is listed online. Please submit your rental order by Friday, September 22nd.

CAN I BORROW A RENTAL ITEM FROM ANOTHER VENDOR?

• Yes, but all rental items should be returned to the original vendor's booth.

WILL WIFI or ELECTRICITY BE PROVIDED?

• No.

WILL GENERATORS BE PROVIDED?

• No, vendors are responsible for their own generators and refueling (generators only allowed outdoors).
